Federal Coronavirus Funding + 501(c)(3) Nonprofits

ST. LOUIS – Regional nonprofits are encountering extraordinary strain in these uncertain times. In addition to growing demand for their services and a need to take care of their staff, many face financial challenges and the new federal relief laws are complex. To help, the Clark-Fox Family Foundation attended a national e-briefing on new federal laws & stimulus resources hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation on 3/30, and prepared this summary of the content.

In addition to the five resources discussed, there are additional resources available for key industries (e.g. health care, K-12 education, child care) and to individuals (e.g., expanded SNAP & MO HealthNet coverage for those directly effected by COVID-19). The Clark-Fox team is tracking these resources as well as state-level policy changes that effect many of our partners. Look for updates via social media and contact Michelle Miller with additional questions.
